A Dog Trapped in Nearly 2kg of Filthy Fur Is Finally Freed After Years of Neglect
In Poland, a poor dog suffered in silence—neglected by his alcoholic owner, his body completely imprisoned in nearly 2kg of filthy, matted fur.
Unable to move properly, the dog’s condition was so severe that neighbors finally alerted the authorities. Police and firefighters responded and rescued the dog just in time.
At the rescue center, over 1.8 kg of fur was shaved off—nearly half his body weight—giving the dog instant relief and a chance to start again.
He’s now been named Farciarz, which means “lucky one” in Polish.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the dog’s owner, who is believed to suffer from alcohol addiction.
From pain and neglect to freedom and care—Farciarz is finally getting the life he deserves.
