Dog Freed After Being Found With Head Stuck in PVC Pipe
When Animal Rahat’s rescue team received a call from a concerned resident about a dog with her head and neck trapped inside a PVC pipe, they rushed to help.
The pup was found in a drainage line, the large piece of pipe fixed tightly around her head and neck. With team members positioned at both ends of the line, rescuers quickly caught her with a net, gently sedated her, and began the delicate task of removing the pipe.
Once freed, the dog was carefully examined — thankfully, she had no external injuries. She was then taken to the Animal Rahat office, where she was vaccinated and sterilized.
After fresh water, hearty meals, and a good night’s rest, she was ready to go home. Released back into her community, the dog turned for one last glance at her rescuers before trotting off — finally free and comfortable again.
